^This has been the classic Rowan look this week, clenched fists and all!
We realized that since Rowan has been born we haven't spent time walking our little port town. In the summer months it is pretty crazy around here with many visitors from Minneapolis and elsewhere coming out to shop, eat, boat and swim. That time when the cold comes before Thanksgiving and after Christmas, it is very quiet around here. Usually only locals are out unless there is a big event on the frozen lakes going on. It was nice to have a casual stroll by the water and to a few shops when it was really just us around. It's definitely getting cold, the wind off of the water was pretty bitter and my little Rowan was such a trooper who like his papa loves the cold. Poor guy has been having a hard week and has started teething. There's been days of a lots of naps and a lot of feedings and then some by complete contrast where he refuses to sleep and eat. Any suggestions on how to help him get through this early teething stage, I gladly will accept!
